Shoes Prediction for Spring/ Summer: Red High Heels

It took me forever to find nude shoes for my cousin’s wedding that happened last November. I remember that I was already searching for one as early as June, but sadly I was not able to find one. I found one though, but they weren’t exactly like what I wanted (look at Nude shoes picture), but it still looked good on me.

What disappointed me most is that as soon as the Winter collection of shoes came, BOOM! there goes nude shoes everywhere! Since this Christmas season, dull colors are in today (such as blacks and greys).. they decided to also include nude shoes as a dull color. Imagine the pain I had to go through when I found out that they were available everywhere! tsk tsk.

But then again, it made me thought: is it just me or was I one of the people who can sort of predict the next trend? The vanity in me told me that yes, I am one of those people.

So now, I am going to test if I really am one of those people. I believe that after the Winter collection.. red high heels will go back. Why? Since dull colors will reign for a few months, people will miss colors and I bet the first color that would come to mind as soon as spring comes is RED. And since high heels never really go out of fashion, women would go looking for heels. Plus, RED IS SEXY; after months of being covered up with cardigans, jackets and hoodies, people would definitely want to expose all the pheromones that they have hibernated.

Plus, I want want red high heels now, and I can’t find anything RED in the stores today! I have been looking at all kinds of shoestores – be it local or foreign, be it near or far – NO RED SHOES.

So what do you think of my prediction?

Red High Heels

welcome to me! ~back to blogging!!

this is definitely a selfish post since this would only be all about me for now. I have been thinking about making a WordPress account.. and now that I have, I have no idea how to use this! 🙂 basically, what got me inspired is the film The Social Network. I found it funny how Jesse Eisenberg‘s character, Mark Zuckerburg, would be making one of the top sites of the world while blogging and drinking about his break-up!
anyway, i need more time to fix all this. hopefully, people would get to read my “blog” or whatever this is. hahaha! :))

GOOD LUCK TO ME!!
